Where each direction shines: Option 1 sells the feeling (aspirational, quiet-luxury — strongest for paid social and first impressions). Option 2 sells the idea (the two-unit pairing is understood in one glance without reading a word). Option 3 sells the story (the monumental 36 and live grid make the campaign hook the visual itself). Option 4 sells the brand (the musical "composition" metaphor made literal — editorial and distinctive, best if Harmony wants to feel like no other development in Costa Rica). All four use only fonts, color, and imagery already compatible with the brand; photography slots are placeholders for the real modular-unit renders when ready.
